As stated in the introduction, I have experience working with a diverse range of ages, genders and abilities. I have coached, supported and worked with people from all walks of life, all with different goals they want to achieve.
Whilst studying at university, I took on several internships to broaden and enhance my set of skills to help others. With a background in Personal Training, becoming a Strength and Conditioning Coach felt like the next natural step in my career path.
My first internship, I worked with several sports teams and athletes at Leeds Beckett University; Carnegie American Football, Mens Rugby League and Womens Rugby League. Alongside this, I embarked on a second internship working with Leeds City College Rugby League Development Academy in partnership with the Leeds Rhinos Foundation.
After this, I stepped into the world of Football and accepted a role as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Harrogate Town Ladies Football Club. These ladies are a fantastic set of athletes, it was a real eye-opener transferring from Rugby League to Football, but the experience was brilliant. This gave me access to a role later this year working with Leeds United Ladies RTC, working with young adults and supporting their development as they progress throughout their youth career as Footballers.
With all these internships, I decided it was time to start my own business and help those who might not have access to a sports club, or those who might need/want extra support. In the first few months I signed over 20 clients onto my online coaching platform, ever since, my business has grown exponentially. Every client I have worked with has achieved their goals.
