This way we can progress each session to change the intensity and keep challenging you to get you closer to achieving your goals. You can choose if you want 1 x session per week for 10 weeks or if you want to do 2 x sessions per week. Whatever suits your lifestyle!š
I am offering 1:1 personal training sessions over Zoom or Microsoft Team Meetings. No equipment required, bodyweight sessions are available. If you have access to equipment, this can be discussed prior to the session.
